The salary will be from ₹ 20,200 to ₹ 64,000, which will be given according to grade pay level-3. You can apply for HPPSC Female Constable Recruitment 2024 through online mode. Essential Qualifications:
Educational Qualification: 12th pass from a recognized board.
Himachal Police Constable Age Limits:
- For General/Unreserved Category: 18 to 26 years.
- For SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen: 2 years relaxation (maximum 28 years).
- For OBC and Ex-Servicemen belonging to OBC: 2 years relaxation (maximum 28 years).
- For Home Guard (General/OBC/EWS): 3 years relaxation (maximum 29 years).
- For Home Guard (SC/ST): 3 years relaxation (maximum 29 years).
HP Police Constable Selection Process:
The first stage will be physical test, followed by written test and then medical examination.
Your height will be checked in the physical test: Details
- Minimum height of women of General and EWS category is 5 feet 2 inches.
- Minimum height for women of SC/ST category is 5 feet.
- Minimum height of 5 feet 2 inches has also been fixed for women of OBC category.
- The minimum height of women of Home Guard (General/OBC/EWS) should be 5 feet 2 inches.
- Women of Home Guard (SC/ST) category must be 5 feet or more.
After the HPPSC Constable physical measurement test, there will be a physical efficiency test, in which 800 meters race has to be completed in 3 minutes 45 seconds. The high jump should be 1.10 meters, and you will get three chances. 100 meters race has to be completed in 17 seconds. The minimum distance for long jump will be 3 meters, three chances will be given for this also.
HP Constable Written Exam Rules:
- All questions will be multiple choice.
- There will be a total of 90 questions, each question will be of one mark.
- There will be negative marking for wrong answer.
- There is no application fee for this recruitment.
